Our Services

TradeForge Digital provides professional website design and development services exclusively for home services businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, and general contracting companies.

We offer three main service packages:

• Starter ($497): Single-page professional website with basic features
• Professional ($1,497): Multi-page website with custom design and enhanced functionality
• Growth ($2,997): Comprehensive website package with advanced features and ongoing support

Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by package:

• Starter Package: Full payment ($497) required upfront
• Professional Package: 50% deposit ($748) to begin, remaining 50% ($749) due before site launch
• Growth Package: 50% deposit ($1,498) to begin, remaining 50% ($1,499) due before site launch

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Final payment must be received before website files are transferred to your hosting account.

Revisions Policy

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

• Starter: 1 round of revisions
• Professional: 3 rounds of revisions
• Growth: Unlimited revisions for 30 days after initial delivery

A "revision round" includes feedback on all elements of the design. Major scope changes or requests outside the original package features may require additional payment. We'll always discuss any scope changes before proceeding.

Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines depend on package complexity and client responsiveness:

• Starter: 5-7 business days after deposit and content delivery
• Professional: 10-14 business days after deposit and content delivery
• Growth: 3-4 weeks after deposit and content delivery

Timelines begin once we receive your deposit and all required content (text, images, branding materials). Delays in providing content will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project completion, clients are responsible for providing:

• All website content (text, headings, descriptions)
• High-quality photos and images
• Logo files and brand guidelines
• Timely feedback during revision rounds
• Access to hosting account (if applicable)
• Domain registration and management

Failure to provide required materials or feedback within 30 days may result in project suspension. Projects can be resumed once materials are provided, but original delivery timelines no longer apply.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own:

• Your website design and custom code
• All content you provided
• Rights to use the website for your business

TradeForge Digital retains:

• Rights to use your project in our portfolio
• Ownership of our development frameworks and tools
• Rights to any third-party plugins or themes used

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. This covers initial design concepts, research, and project setup.

If you cancel before we begin work:

• Full refund available within 48 hours of payment
• Partial refund available if no design work has started

If you're unsatisfied with our first design draft, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with full refund available before the first revision round.

Limitation of Liability

TradeForge Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Loss of business or revenue
• Third-party hosting or domain issues
• Search engine ranking changes
• Indirect or consequential damages

We provide websites "as-is" and recommend regular backups and maintenance through your hosting provider.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from TradeForge Digital related to your inquiry and services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by North Carolina state law. Any disputes will be resolved in Charlotte, North Carolina.
